Are your products vegetarian-friendly?
Yes! No meat, poultry, or fish — 100% vegetarian-friendly goodness.
What’s the shelf life of your products?
2–3 months. The expiry date is printed on the back of each pack. Store in a cool, dry place for freshness.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes! Our Gift Boxes come with an option to include a personalized message.

Do you offer delivery? Is it free?
Yes! We use J&T Express / NinjaVan / Qxpress for deliveries. Free shipping for orders $45 and above.
How long does delivery take? Any urgent options?
Standard delivery: 2–4 days (excl. weekends & public holidays).

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking link in your shipment email once your order is on its way.
